Texture, value, shape, composition...collage is the perfect art technique to explore ideas.  Finding inexpensive art materials is always helpful.  Recycling printed matter is a must today.

  4. Patricia, I have heard about de Chardin, thank you for the reminder. I opened a site and having read ". . . who spent the bulk of his life trying to integrate religious experience with natural science, most specifically Christian theology with theories of evolution" I think I need to read his stuff. Maybe you have a recommendation for what to start with?
